1993

Light of day

It is not at all easy to determine the moment when the office was founded, because the business activities leading up to its establishment began as early as 1990. However, the milestone for their future focus was the registration of Milan Vašíček as an independent lawyer. We can therefore say that on 10 August 1993 our law firm saw the light of day for the first time.

1993

Fundamental pillars

Karel Frimmel joins the growing office and a few years later Jiří Honěk also joins. The foundation stone of the VFH brand Vašíček, Frimmel, Honěk was laid.

1996

Prague Hundred-Towered

We wanted to be closer to our clients in the Czech Republic. That's why we expanded to Prague in 1996. Jiří Honěk became the head of the Prague office.

2007

OSTRAVA!!!

Thanks to Adam Ptašnik, whom we bred in Brno, the Ostrava branch is being established. He specializes mainly in e-commerce, software and domain law.

2012

Big changes

Big changes in the structure did not escape us either. Some of our colleagues started to build their own office and we incorporated as an LLC.

2019

In the heart of Brno

In March of 2019 we moved from Lidická street to the newly renovated Jalta Palace on Dominikánské náměstí. This spirit of this functionalist jewel of Brno is very close to our mindset and so far we are very happy here.
